The island itself is free to enter — it's linked to the mainland by the long Nan'ao Bridge, so you reach it by car, taxi or local bus (105, 161a/b/k, 203k, 515 head to the main town, Houzhai), with a ferry from Laiwu terminal as a backup. There's no single island ticket and no booking to set foot on Nan'ao. Individual sights within it (some beaches' facilities, parks, the wind-farm viewpoints) are separately ticketed, and for any real-name ticket a passport works as ID.
